Registration for Wrestling in now open!
PIAA FORM: Make sure you have your Dr complete section 6 of this form before starting your registration.
******PHYSICALS MUST BE DATED MAY 1, 2024, OR AFTER, to be valid for the 2024-2025 school year.******Have it available as a PDF on your computer to upload to the FromReLeaf webpage. Trainers will not accept any hard copies.

Log in or Create a Log in: Click "Find Organization" in the menu bar.
7th, 8th and 9th grade girls should register under North Penn High School.
Chose Program WINTER 2024/2025 and complete the forms online. Past information will populate but be sure to change grade and any other information that is no longer current including medical information.
Form Upload is under Primary Care Physician.
Signature boxes are aplenty... both Adult and Student signatures are requested.
SUBMIT and the receive a conformation of registration.
Once this is complete, your wrestler will be rostered for the season.
But you're not done yet.
Other requirements for wrestlers include Hydration Testing and Impact Testing.
Impact testing is done remotely on a computer and gives the trainers a baseline should your wrestler require a concussion protocol. This test is required every TWO years, you will only receive a link if you are required to take the test. More information can be found here
Hydration testing is done in person and requires a urine sample and body fat percentage test. Hydration tests are used to determine at what weight a wrestler can safely compete as well as their rate of weight loss between competitions. This will be scheduled during a practice, keep alert for further announcements.
