Thank you, this forms being used by the North Penn Knights Wrestling Club to collect wrestler and parent information so we can help communicate effectively and set up the Team Snap accounts.  Completing this form does not commit anyone to the official PIAA Roster. Paperwork and registration happens separately and is time sensitive.

  Registration for Wrestling in now open!  Please enter your information HERE so we have your information PIAA FORM: Make sure you have your Dr complete section 6 of this form  before starting your registration.  ******PHYSICALS MUST BE DATED MAY 1, 2024, OR AFTER, to be valid for the 2024-2025 school year.****** Have it available as a PDF on your computer to upload to the FromReLeaf webpage.
