PIAA Information

 

In preparation for the season, we're providing a document with the responsibilities and required forms below. Every athlete is required to submit section 7 of the PIAA form online upon registering for any school sports (on the Form REleaf website). 

You can print this and bring it to the pediatrician during an appointment to avoid any potential form charges later on.

OR... stay tuned for an announcement, North Penn offers an event for athletes to get the from completed by PA's in June.
